This weekend’s list is a round-up of some cool back-to-school backpacks/lunch bags that I’ve found on the web. Can you tell I’ve got school shopping on my mind?

1. Herschel Bacon & Eggs Kids backpack

If I had a daughter, I probably would’ve stolen this from her. Ha!

2. R2D2 Lunch Tote

I saw this at the gift shop when we went to Walt Disney World on vacation a few weeks ago and boy! was I so tempted to buy it for myself!

3. Classic Lego Bricks backpack

I saw this at our local bookstore last week. Seriously thinking about going back for it… for myself, not for Carlo… Hmmmm…

4. Captain America’s Shield backpack

Got a Captain America fan? Because this backpack is awesome… even for Dad!

5. Minion Stuart backpack

Maybe you have a kid who loves Minions instead? Because this backpack is adorable.

6. Pottery Barn Kids Justice League backpacks

Aside from this backpack, they have them in other prints: Star Wars, the Avengers, and Wonder Woman among others. They even have backpacks with capes! And I love that you can have the Pottery Barn Kids bags personalized with your child’s name!

7. Organ Transport lunch bag

I want one of these for myself! They also have one that spells Lunch using elements from the periodic table. (Anne!!! I thought of you and Tiago when I saw that periodic table lunch bag!)

8. Disney Elsa backpack

I didn’t see this backpack in any of the stores at Walt Disney World. I saw it at BedBath&Beyond, here in Canada, of all places. I liked that the design and style isn’t too kiddie-like (not light blue, baby pink, or lavender!) so if you have a tween, she can get away with using it too.

9. Little Twin Stars backpack

When I was younger, I was crazy over Sanrio stuff. Though I liked Hello Kitty, the Little Twin Stars and My Melody were my favorite characters. Gosh, if this had been available back then, I would’ve been over the moon.

10. Skip Hop Forget Me Not set

Skip Hop has a line of backpacks for preschoolers, all of them animal-themed: their Zoo Packs. But my Carlo isn’t too crazy over animals, so I’m glad to see that they have this new line that’s geared to bigger kids. I just have to check these out in person because they might be too big for Carlo to carry.
